All passengers arriving to Dubai from any point of origin including GCC countries must hold a negative PCR test certificate for which the test must be taken no more than 72. Some residents might be tested again on arrival at Dubais airport.

If you are an expatriate resident of the UAE or a tourist to the UAE you must present a negative result of a PCR test at the departure airport. Citizens and residents of Djibouti above the age of 25 years are required to present a vaccination certificate and a printed copy of a negative COVID-19 PCR test result certificate issued no more than 72 hours prior to departure of the first flight of their itinerary.
